Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. **Returns** We accept return requests within **14 days** of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at **senurapansindu@gmail.com** with: - Your order number - The reason for return - A photo of the item if it arrived damaged We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. **Refunds** Once we confirm your return is eligible, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within **5–7 business days**. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. **Damaged or Wrong Items** If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. **Non-returnable Items** Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
